Quick, Informal Drop-In Help 

The Canton and Waynesville Branches offer informal technology assistance during operating hours. Staff will be available to answer quick, basic questions and assist with the use of computers, smartphones, tablets, and e-readers, but are not able to assist with complex or lengthy issues. Staff cannot directly touch devices. Appointments are not necessary.
