Children's Storytimes

In-person storytimes will resume as local conditions and guidelines permit. New virtual storytimes are released weekly on our Facebook page

NC Symphony Partnership

The North Carolina Symphony presents its virtual Music Discovery program, funded by PNC Grow Up Great. Geared for preschool and elementary age children and their families, this program will feature double bassist Erik Dyke sharing how his bass and other instruments make their sounds, leading kids in a sing-along, and reading the book Meet the Orchestra by Ann Hayes – plus more surprises! Participants are invited to play along with Mr. Erik using toy instruments at home, such as maracas, bells, or tambourines. Register at https://forms.gle/hxB87V4FGWPpnSgW7 to receive the unique ZOOM invitation and link. Space is limited. Registration required.

This virtual event will be held on Thursday, October 29 at 11:00 am.
